HUM 9: worked on Google Doodles for 1 period began public speaking practice by choosing monologues and practicing with a partner HUM 8: Began "what is the Renaissance" mini inquiry activity made GIST statements on the Renaissance as well as one artifact from the Renaissance We will have one more block to work on this assignment on TUESDAY, OCT 2 Worldview projects due TUESDAY, OCT 2 LIFE SKILLS: Finished Terry Fox reflection questions  Worked on Passion Projects and finished up planning sheets

HUM 9:  Current event presentation from Keerat (Max will go on next week on his own along with other two presenters) Worked on Google Doodle project Running order for presentations have been posted in the classroom and shared on Google Drive. Please check what order you present. HUM 9 Biography lesson #5-taking notes from multiple sources and creating citations using APA formatting.  Paragraph lesson #5-transition words. Activity at back on handout due for homework if not completed in class.  HUM 8 Artifact activity: students traveled around the room and analyzed various artifacts based on 7 elements of worldview learned last week. Students are expected to have completed both sides of the chart. What was not completed in class is for homework. You can either use the artifacts we had in class or choose similar artifacts from around your own home to complete the chart.  Paragraph lesson #5-transition words. Activity at back on handout due for homework if not completed in class.  Life Skills 9 Day 1 of looking at healthy and unhealthy relationships. What each kind of relationship looks, sounds and feels like.
