HUM 9: The Numbered Treaties assignment is due on Monday, Dec 3. You only need to do the 5-w's as a general overview, NOT for each treaty.  Also, you do not need to answer the questions, just made them. I will be assessing you on your ability to formulate questions and I will be able see how well you know the material by the types of questions your formulate.

HUM 9:  Checked and took up chapter 3 homework questions Began collective rights definition of collective identity looked at discussed articles from the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples Exit slip: Why should indigenous peoples worldwide have their own declaration? HUM 9: Intro into Chapter 3-Charter of Rights and Freedoms We looked at the United Nations Declaration on Human Rights and chose our top 10 and then top four rights. Students reflected on what their quality of life would be like with only these four rights and the rest being taken away.  Work period for Word Cycle Review Assignment- DUE MONDAY, NOV 5 REMINDER: Chapter 1 Test THURSDAY, NOV 8 HUM 8:  Reviewed Psalter Map (textbook, pg 30) and how it reflected the religious worldview of people at the time.  Signed out novel, The Outsiders .
