  • Students who were away for the Remembrance Day Assembly will finish this on Monday during silent reading time

HUM 8: 

  • Video on the silk road: Video Link
  • Watched video and answered the question: What was the impact of the silk road?
  • Students who were away can watch this video at home and complete the response for homework and hand in on Monday, Nov 12. 
  • Worked on Literature Circles in preparation for Monday's first Lit Circle discussion group

HUM 9:  Vocabulary activity with ch 4 vocabulary 9-23: The vocabulary document that 9-41 has been shared with you so you can look at it and study from it. It is a mini word cycle for pairs of words on the vocabulary list.  Worked on descriptive writing passage for "The Secret Path".
