HUM 9: 

  • worked on novel studies as well as "Secret Path" descriptive writing. 
  • We will be typing up "Secret Path" descriptive writing passage on Friday, Dec 14. 
  • 9-23: we will not be having regular classes tomorrow as we will be going to the MADD presentation from 9-10am. I have handed out vocabulary sheets for the test on Monday since we will not be working on it as a class. It is just for reference, you do not need to complete the assignment. 

HUM 8: 

  • worked on inserting quotations
  • "The Landlady" quotation practice is due for homework tomorrow, THURSDAY.

HUM 9:  Vocabulary activity with ch 4 vocabulary 9-23: The vocabulary document that 9-41 has been shared with you so you can look at it and study from it. It is a mini word cycle for pairs of words on the vocabulary list.  Worked on descriptive writing passage for "The Secret Path". We will be typing up our passages in the Learning Commons tomorrow for the entire block.  REMINDER:  Ch 3/4 test on Monday, Dec 17.
