HUM 9:

  • Perspectives on the YCJA
    • rotated through stations, reading different news articles and determined if the article was FOR or AGAINST the YCJA. 
    • Filled out chart with corresponding information
    • Blank charts are in the missed work folder in the classroom
    • Some of the articles have been shared on Google Drive

HUM 8:

  • Took up Ch 3 open-book review test from yesterday
    • talked about some strategies in writing multiple choice tests
  • Began graphic organizer for review of chapter 4 (and a bit of ch 3) 
    • blank sheets can be found in the missed work bin in the classroom
  • Beginning Google Doodle presentations tomorrow-everyone must be ready to present. 
  • Each person needs their speech, google doodle and citations

LIFE SKILLS 9:

  • Day 2 of Passion Project Presentations

HUM 9:  Vocabulary activity with ch 4 vocabulary 9-23: The vocabulary document that 9-41 has been shared with you so you can look at it and study from it. It is a mini word cycle for pairs of words on the vocabulary list.  Worked on descriptive writing passage for "The Secret Path". We will be typing up our passages in the Learning Commons tomorrow for the entire block.  REMINDER:  Ch 3/4 test on Monday, Dec 17.
