Dear students in Humanities 7-14 and 7-10. Please submit the written portion of the Stamp Assignment through Google Drive. You do not need to complete the stamp portion, only the written part. The 4-W's as well as your paragraph was due on Monday, March 16. I will still be taking this in as a mark that will help inform your report card. I also do not want work that you have done to go unnoticed. A lot of you have already shared this document with me. If you haven't yet, please do so by the end of the week. Please share to caadshade@educbe.ca. Please put your name in the the title of your assignment, as well as the word "Stamp Assignment". Example: Caroline A. Stamp Assignment. 

Hello Students of 8-33,  I wanted to communicate that I will be marking what you have done so far for your literature circles for "The Outsiders" starting at the end of this week. Everyone should have completed the reading up to chapter 9. Everyone should have also completed three of the four roles for the literature circles. You do not need to complete the reading for chapters 10-12 since you are required to bring your novel back to school this week. You also do not need to finish the assignment for week four. If you have worked ahead and finished it, I will be happy to mark it, this will give you more marks in your grade book and allow me to have a more accurate picture of your abilities for when it is time for me to do report cards. If you were illustrator, you can take a picture of your drawing and add it to your literature circle folder, if you are able to. HUM 7 worked on our 4-W's and paragraphs for our stamp project paragraphs are to be completed over the weekend and we will be working on stamps on Monday in class if you were away for your current event presentation today, you will be presenting on Monday MISSING ASSIGNMENTS: There are a number of missing assignments from students. Please take some time to check Power School this weekend to make sure you are up to date on what was to be handed in. Dear Students and Parents,  Please note, I will be away from Friday, March 6th until Wednesday, March 11th. I will return on Thursday the 12th. I am going back to Ontario for my grandfather's funeral. I might be periodically checking my email but I most likely will not be updating the blog.
